I have had a leak issue on my deck cover ever since it was installed. The worker bees are great but management leaves a lot to be desired. Customer satisfaction is not Tobies forte. And also the stories from Toby are always changing. I really did not want to make this comment but today I was told to find someone else to fix the problem and they would not be out here to fix the leak. For me, He has been impossible to work with after the install.
Very professional! I'm super impressed with the work they've done for me. Friendly, dependable, affordable, and efficient. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I can assure you, I'll use Apple Enclosures again in the future!
A great group of guys that go above and beyond when it comes to hard work!
They do a great job putting your enclosure up but if you have any problems they don't come back. They will tell you they'll be back, even give you a time frame, but they never show. I had problems opening one of the screen doors. The kickplate got kicked out trying to open the door and they won't come fix it. Been trying to get them here since Labor Day 2016 it is now January 2017. Enclosure was put up in February 2016.
We could not be happier with our custom patio!! Everything about it is non traditional. Toby and his guys nailed it!!!! No way to explain how pleased we are. I absolutely love it. Thanks to all of the guys who made this possible. Highly recommend this company.
