Had Matt & Tommy from Apple Door Systems at my house last week and again this week ( today 9-26-2025). It was warranty work from a new install on a new house. They came back after getting new bearing brackets. These two are just awesome! Nice, polite and all about business. I was lucky to have them. After about 6-7 months after new install, had a garage door come off-track twice. They came in and got it running smoothly but they said they wanted to install 2 new bearing brackets. Process was great. The sales rep was knowledgeable and patient with our decision making. The techs, Dallas and Eric were absolutely awesome! Their workmanship was great and they were professional and…well, nice. Thank for the install.
I needed to reprogram an existing remote control for my garage door and to buy a new one. I stopped by the Williamsburg store to get assistance and was greeted promptly and had a professional explain the process to program the remote. Cameron told me if I had any problems to give him call. I did have some problems, made the call and he walked me through the process and SUCCESS - they both work !!! I highly recommend Apple Door Systems for your remote control problems.
