Went in for routine 6 month cleaning. Two hours later I was finished. Spent 30 minutes in the lobby. The gentleman at the front was very friendly and polite. I went into the examing room and got xrays and then waited some more and saw the dentist for 5 minutes. Then saw the hygienist Susan who was very friendly and I was very comfortable with her. The time for a routine cleaning was to long.
Ended up needing a few extra things done on top of the cleaning. I was a new patient and they didn’t have time scheduled for these extra things, they still fit me in. I will have a big overseas trip in a few weeks so really wanted to get everything done today so it would be healed by the trip. The assistant was great and keeping me calm and the dentist was amazing! Found my new dentist
Apple Dentistry Arlington has the best Dr. and staff. I am so pleased and satisfied they have taken excellent care of my emergency needs. I have scheduled my upcoming visit’s and I am so happy that I actually scheduled an appointment for my husband as well,I highly recommend this Dental office I will be back Thank You!
Everyone was so professional and courteous! Both the Dr and Hygentist made me feel super comfortable. I will recommend to all of my friends. I wish I could give 10 stars.
Dr. Kamalpreet Shallu is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! DO NOT GO WITH HER! My mother had an extraction with this dentist that didn’t check her vitals before and after the procedure. She didn’t asked for medical history either. She held her down so she wouldn’t move and kept yelling at her to do not move. She grabbed her face aggressively while pulling her tooth out without anesthesia. She did not ask her if the anesthesia was numbing the area or ask how she was feeling.
