Brought my sister to get her a set of dentures. This dentist office is awesome. Sadia was the Dr's assistant she was very patient and kind. The Dr was great working on my sister. My sister is such a baby when it comes to pain. The Dr was very patient and took time with her explaining every step of the procedures with her. Everyone in the office was so kind and they joke around with you, which made our visit easy. They made a payment plan that was great for my sister. I highly recommend Apple Dentistry
Great dental office. Everyone there was friendly and welcoming, the front desk, assistants and the doctor were all helpful. Dr. Shallu addressed my concerns and explained the treatment options, the treatment outcome turned out very well for me. Had a great experience. I would recommend this dental office.
Great Staff. Front staff to Chair Side Assistants. Not to mention Dr. Dr. Shallu. Was amazing with me. She through explained the full treatment to me. She was understanding as to my past experiences with a different DR. But Dr. Shallu has been amazing. Walked me through all my treatment. And different options I could take. Truly an amazing office. Love this office and the Dr.
I visited Apple Dentistry in Arlington and had a mixed experience. The front desk staff and assistants were very kind, patient, and made the X-ray process smooth and comfortable, which I really appreciated. However, my interaction with the doctor felt rushed and impersonal. She initially called me by the wrong name (which I understand can happen), but the overall appointment didn’t improve from there. Dr shallu is the best dentist I have been to. She explained to me exactly what I needed to get done. And the office staff is very nice and also explained to me my treatment look forward to come back for my 6 month checkup.
