Brought my sister to get her a set of dentures. This dentist office is awesome. Sadia was the Dr's assistant she was very patient and kind. The Dr was great working on my sister. My sister is such a baby when it comes to pain. The Dr was very patient and took time with her explaining every step of the procedures with her. Everyone in the office was so kind and they joke around with you, which made our visit easy. They made a payment plan that was great for my sister. I highly recommend Apple Dentistry

I visited Apple Dentistry in Arlington and had a mixed experience. The front desk staff and assistants were very kind, patient, and made the X-ray process smooth and comfortable, which I really appreciated. However, my interaction with the doctor felt rushed and impersonal. She initially called me by the wrong name (which I understand can happen), but the overall appointment didn’t improve from there. I literally walked out mid service. Was waiting for a while for the dentist to come, then the guy that took my x-rays came and said he was going to polish my teeth which polishing comes at the end when a cleaning has been done but nothing was done. The polishing was done so sloppy and the tools used did not looked like they had been cleaned properly. Walked off after putting polish and left me there to wait some more for the dentist. Friendly staff, but they didn't have my scheduled appt in their calendar so I rescheduled with them, and when I showed up for my appt no one was there and no one answered my calls. they called me a week or 2 later to let me know that i missed my appt and couldnt answer why no one was there/returned my voicemail. not a good experience for me :/

I was impressed by how smoothly everything went during my appointment. Sadia made me feel welcome right away, and Dr. Adam showed great professionalism and patience. What stood out most was how carefully my concerns were addressed and how comfortable I felt throughout the visit.
