I have been going to Apple Dental for a few years now for all my dental needs (routine cleanings, fillings, wisdom teeth removal, Invisalign) and have had a great experience! I have referred my husband and several friends here as well and all have had good experiences. They are transparent with costs and provide you with options. The office staff is also very responsive and easy to contact.

Staff is friendly, but the customer service here is rough and they are expensive. Trying to get ahold of them is practically impossible and they never return voicemails. Went in for a cleaning that was covered 100% by my insurance and they charged me $60 for a “fluoride treatment” that no one told me about and I was not asked if I want it. I tried to make a follow up appointments for more dental work and after two weeks of calling and voicemails, I finally was able to get ahold of them. Lost trust --- Dr. Jekyong Kim was too eager in pulling my tooth and did an implant without honestly evaluating and explaining alternatives. The whole thing felt like a scam. Absolutely zero stars here.

I’ll start with the good before I get into why we won’t be returning to this office. My husband’s crown fell out on Saturday (02/14), and unfortunately Monday was Presidents Day, so he was in pain all weekend. Apple Dental was the only office open that Monday and they were able to get us in on Tuesday, which we appreciated. They took X-rays and the dentist said she thinks his molar needed to be extracted. I have been receiving treatment from Apple Dental in the past few years. I really like Apple Dental! Everyone here is super nice and my dentists are professional and helpful. So far, I have 6 crowns and 6 tooth extraction done at Apple dental. Everything went well!
