Erin did an incredible job today for my bi-annual Tooth cleaning. She not only is gentle but extremely informative and takes the time to explain the specifics of the most current way to handle your dental hygiene. The girls at the front desk are always so welcoming .. friendly..helpful!! Thanks!!
I am always greeted with friendly smiles.
I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. When in the chair, everything was shown to me before it was done, including the charges. I was treated with respect and concern for my comfort. Very good experience.
Dr. kept me informed of what he was doing and the progress so there were no surprises. He was careful to make sure I felt no pain and offered me breaks.
I like the fact that when I enter the office the girls at the front desk say Hi Willie and make it seem like they are truly interested in who I am and how I'm doing. Brenda has been cleaning my teeth for some time now and is the best at her job of anyone I've ever been to. I enjoy catching up with her on family and other life events. She's the best! I like Dr Dixson and the way he interacts with me and I assume other patients. That says a lot for a man the inflicts pain on the people he works with (just joking). I do miss Dr... read more
Everyone at Smiles is great from the front desk to the assistants and especilly Dr. Stark, he's awesome. Always hated going to the dentist, you can tell from from all my dental work....but now it seems a bit less painful and more pleasent.....hate the sound of that drill tho....doesn't everyone?
I've really enjoyed my experience with these dentists. And, when I have to have crowns, they've referred me to great financing resources. Wouldn't trade for the world!
Smiles Dental has made me a fearless person:) I had some terrible experiences with dentists as a child and have never forgotten them. But Erin at Smiles Dental made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I had no fear at all. She told me everything she was doing every step of the way. Smiles and all there staff are what I would call a fine tuned office of professionals, from start to finish even if you don't like going to the dentist. The smiles team makes a good thing.
