Based on previous experience, the thought of spending 2+ hours in the dentist's chair would have sent me over the edge...Dr. Dixson made the experience more than tolerable...I felt no pain, and I had major work done! Dr. Dixson is a wonderful dentist with a kind, thoughtful approach to his patients.
From the receptionists to the dental staff you are made to feel welcomed and appreciated. 'SMILES' is an appropriate name for the office atmosphere!
How can you say fast, painless, efficient and friendly in one word? Smiles Dental. Thats two words, I know but a great place to get dental work.
Every one treats you like your special. Makes going to the dentist not so bad.

Staff was very curtious as always. As dental visits sometimes aren't on the top of a list of what one would want to do, Smiles does well making it a good experience. Comfortable.
This was my first appointment with Smiles, and I was 100% impressed. They say they cater to cowards, and I am the very definition of dental coward. They were so patient and understanding, and let me know that I was in charge. They were very thorough in explaining what they were doing, what they were recommending and why. Everyone in the office was cheerful and friendly, yet professional. I left feeling like I had made new friends.
