I have had numerous appointments at Smiles since December, for the ongoing process of fitting a new upper plate. I feel the same about this office, this staff, as I did my initial appointment. They are dedicated to a level of excellence that is extremely rare. I have cognitive, retentive issues. Awesome, as as always! Christie checked up on my new insurance for me and the lady at the desk wasn't sure if I was suppose to do a co-pay, so said she would bill me if I have to.
