I won't give any stars..in 2012 I went there for front tooth decay..he told me all my teeth were affected and with any anesthesia ( other than a few shots which worn off cause he was too busy running from room to room) climb on top of me a pulled ALL MY TEETH OUT I EAS SCREAMMING IN PAIN HE PROCEEDED TO TORCHER ME ENDLESS..IVE STILL HAVENT RECOVERED FROM THIS TRAUMA I HATED HIM AND STILL DO HES A MONSTER..MONSTER I SHOULD HAVE SUED HES ASS!!!!!!!#!

If I could have given zero stars I would have! This place is a joke! Had a referral to have my daughters tooth pulled and he made a separate appointment to do it after going for a cleaning because he claimed he never received the information from her orthodontist. She then went to that appointment and he claimed he still couldn't pull it. Never gave a reason besides he didn't have time. I was there yesterday for the cleaning. The hygienist didn't use dental floss after he cleaned my teeth . I asked for water and mouthwash instead he squirted water in my mouth and that's it. I complained to the dentist then he told him to floss my teeth and he did it but no mouthwash. He's done cleaning my teeth for not even 10 minutes.
I haven't been there yet myself but my son had an appointment today at 3. We arrived at 2:40 and there was no one there, the office was dark and locked. We waited around until 3 but no one showed. The weather was not bad at 11:00 am for the office to come in late. All other offices in the building where open. And not even a phone call to cancel. You figure the warning was yesterday through the night. Why wouldn't someone have taken a call list home for today's scheduled appointment's?
