The staff was friendly, but the place looks dilapidated Very shabby looking Environment. The doctor attempted to work on me without introducing himself. This was my first visit and he stood behind me while I was laying in the chair didn’t say hello. He was wearing a mask because just moments prior he seem to be sneezing uncontrollably so I’m guessing he had some kind of cold or allergies or something to that effect. I called the office explaining my husband's condition, wheelchair bound and would not be able to transfer to the chair. I was told it would be no problem. Took 2 months for our appointment only for it to snow, pushing out appointment another 4 months. Now my husband is in pain and needs to be seen. The week of the appointment they call to confirm and I remind them of his situation. They say the won't see him after months of waiting. The Doctor is a very nice person but the rest of the staff is another story. The “hygienist”, Yazmin, is completely incompetent. She put gloves on, touched everything in the room, didn’t change gloves, & put her hands in my mouth! She also took x-rays & when I called to have them e-mailed to me, I was told that I never had them done!! The “billing” person also told me that they “don’t do them at this office”. WHAT?!?! So I was basically called a liar. Yeah, I imagined it all! Absolutely unbelievable!!

Dr. Elzey is highly knowledgeable, professional, and, most importantly, personable. His expertise is evident, and he takes the time to make patients feel comfortable. The entire staff was fantastic—welcoming and efficient. I will definitely be returning!
