Staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. Highly recommend not coming on a weekend if s at all possible. Despite having an appointment, waited an hour until I was helped due to the heavy crowds.

Very friendly and personable without being fake. Also, extraordinarily efficient.
Over 3 hours to change a phone battery… they are out of their minds. Workers are also incredibly rude, I got tossed around to no less than 4 workers. Just done buying Apple products after paying for AppleCare and qualifying for a new battery but they think I have the time to waste for a minor repair.
Rude customer service rep would sell me an iPhone. I went to another place and made the purchase .
