I originally went there to replace a $89 phone battery. I ended up getting an upgrade buying a new phone. All seemed to go well, I asked a lot of questions including, “does it have a universal charger, can I use my current chord? The Sales associate said yes! So I went ahead and decided to go forward. Great service every time I go there! It’s further from my home than the Woodmere store but worth the extra time to get there.
I would give 0 stars. Don’t go there for battery replacement. At first they didn’t want to check you in 30 min early, then they say it will take them whole day to do a battery replacement. When you come to pick up your phone they say sorry we can’t fix it because the phone was previously repaired. So stupid and big waste of my time.
