The apartment complex is quiet and in a great location. The timeliness of maintenance and management is poor. When new siding was put on the building it took months before apartment numbers were installed on the building. I've been without a washing machine and air conditioning for over a week waiting for maintenance. During the winter the snow isn't plowed to the edge of the parking lot so my two next door neighbors were unable to park in their spots since it was blocked by a snow pile.

Quality Place to Live I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here while working in Corning. It felt so much like home! The grounds are always quiet and well kept, the landlord is always present and helpful, and the maintenance crew does an outstanding job! The other residents living here are a great community. This is a pathetic place to live with family The maintenance is very poor.Hot water supply goes out very frequently and is not restored for days.Heating is also very poor. Not a place to be recommended

I loved it here! I have loved living at Apple Creek for the last two year. I am saddened that Corning is transferring me out of state or I would have stayed. I love how close this place is to Market St. and the park. Maintenance has been great and the few request I have made have been done in a timely manner. The grounds are well kept and snow has always been plowed from the parking lots and sidewalks. I have no real complaints. The office staff have always made me feel like I was at home.
