Apple Creek Apartments are now under excellent new management that is making improvements all the time. They care about their tenants and are very fair.
Would recommend you NOT live there. Never got any repairs fixed, after months and various landlords and begging. They cheat you out of money. Shady dealings all around.
Wonderful property, safe community. The new management has been cleaning it up, and made this a much nicer apartment building.
Worst place to be ... They are growing weed on the garden, and the ladies with dogs leave dog poop on the lawn. They have a bunch of low-life people. Gardener cuts the grass on top of debris, and then the wind takes it to the beautiful homes around. The appointment has no one cleaning. I have photos of trash. And what wrong with these people? no parking assigned. It is sad to see all these older people walking far to spot. This orange car keeps messaging with everyone.
