Got charged alot for unnecessary xrays and ultrasound and stuff!! I didn’t even give my dogs the medication they send me ! She got ok by herself.. I panicked and rushed her to vet but it was only puking ! I didn’t have experience to wait it out but they did! And yet they decided to think about money and put her under all these tests and I can’t even be sure if they actually did do all that tests ! No one showed me no xrays no ultrasound results! After VCA takeover their prices dramatically increased. Been wrongly charged twice on my bills and tried to understand the pricing but front desk was also confused. No apologies, no ownership of the mistakes. Just, explaining that they're going through some changes and a new system.
