Recommend Dr Jessica, very kind and caring. Other doctors I haven’t tried it out yet. However, their front desk is very unprofessional and not very organized. Last year I took my cat there for a surgery and the front desk called and told me I need to make a decision on the surgery without giving me any options. My cat been with the clinic for 5 years and yesterday we took him back for regular checkups. First thing we noticed was changes in the front desk staff. Our appointment was 10 am and we were told that we were their first appointment. Arriving ten minutes ahead of appointment time, we waited patiently in the room, at 10:15am no one showed up and I questioned the front desk, the lady seemed puzzled and probably hearing the conversation, magically the doctor knocked on the door! I was so anxious bringing my cat Milo here for a first visit. She’s easily frightened and hasn’t been to the vet in a long time. After lots of research I decided on Apple Creek and I’m so glad I did because Dr. Jessica is wonderful.
