I'm torn. The counselors that my son used were excellent; however, the problem is with continuity. The first (wonderful) counselor made a great connection with my son and then left the practice after a few months. We talked to Apple about my son really needing continuity, and they assured us this next counselor was sticking around longer. We just got a call this week that his new counselor has been laid off. $2,600 and they won't even let you talk to a doctor who is getting that money to explain why.
Apple Counseling has been there for our family. Great, awesome counsellor and very nice staff.
I can’t say enough good things about Michelle and Trudi and the practice as a whole. Michelle cares so much about her patients (to the point that she referred me to another therapist in her practice because she thought Trudi was better equipped to treat my PTSD). You can’t ask for anything more than a therapist who cares more about the well-being of her patients.
