Always the perfect visit!
My sister in law and I got to take Paul's 1/2 day workshop and it was a BLAST! We both learned so much! Paul is a fantastic teacher and host. Honest, before taking the workshop, arranging flowers gave me the hives (not literally); it stressed me out. With my new knowledge I actually created a lovely arrangement from my own garden to give as a gift. Can't wait to have another experience at Apple Core Farm!
Paul is AMAZING! While planning my wedding, I wanted to prioritize keeping a reasonable budget as well as finding a way to honor the small business culture that makes Hood River such a special place. I did my wedding flowers at Paul's farm and it was so much fun! I had some of my friends and family join in , and we spend the morning arranging flowers and making bouquets (with the help of Paul and Lucy, a florist in town) for my wedding. Paul was so helpful and communicative thoughtout the entire process! He helped talk me through flowers and greenery options in my colors, and had me come by the farm to see the flower options. Paul has such a way with people and flowers. We had an event and everything he delivered was absolutely beautiful and fresh. If you want to visit a wonderful flower farm, just need a beautiful bouquet or you are doing an event and need help pulling it together he is the best resource in the gorge!
