By not being rude to people. I had my water(filtered water because Battle Creek city water is awful) The waitress was so rude and condescending. I was ready to get a nice meal but I am the the customer and will not be talked down to like she did to my friend and I. I had no problem ordering a pop and not drinking just my water. After the way we were treated we will not be back. We will be going to Bob Evans, where our waitress has no problem with me bringing WATER in.

Phenomenal Prime Rib dinner this evening! Tricia’s service was superb! And the butter cake dessert was heavenly! We can’t wait to come back!
