Absolutely awful company!!! The tech came out to install a new blower fan and stripped the threads on my blower housing in the process. He did this while the blower fan was running! His hand was less than 2 inches from the exposed, spinning, and vibrating fan. I suspect that he was unable to gauge how much to tighten due to the vibrations and risk that was involved. We have used Apple Comfort's Heating and Air Conditioning services for many years. Calling and scheduling an appointment with Chris is always a pleasure. Dan has been to our home on several calls and always did a great job explaining what's wrong and then resolving the issue. They are all very professional and courteous.
