On 6/13/14, I left a check for $150 for Apple to clean the outside of my windows - I had to be gone for the day and Helen said it was fine to leave a check. I did not want storm windows removed. I came home and the windows had not been touched and the check was gone. I called and talked to Helen and she said it was because of the storm windows.
