Two weeks before my son's wedding, I threw out my back or pinched a nerve. All I knew is that I could barely walk. My husband drove me to Apple Chiropractic for my first visit. My goal was to dance at my son's wedding. I felt significantly better after my first visit, but I still iced my back and took it easy.
