Richard Hervieux was the main person I worked with during the sale. He was so wonderful and went above and beyond what I expected from someone selling me a car. He was very knowledgeable and offered a lot of information without making me feel belittled which I have felt from other dealers in the past especially being a female. My wife and I just bought our 2012 Buick Encave from Vickii last Friday. Vickii as well as everyone we met and dealt with there were all very nice, helpful and knowledge in answering all of our questions. When we went back to actually purchase our vehicle it had already been washed, detailed and was parked right out front waiting for us. Brent in financing was also very thorough and most helpful. We love our new Enclave and will definitely recommend anyone we meet looking for a new vehicle to come to this dealership.
