Called them 33 times in a row trying to schedule appointment never got through and talk to a human, got pushed off after about 10 minutes of being on hold each time and then it hung up on me, called the Apple care group itself and got the same treatment with 17 different phone calls in a row, called my Blue Shield provider and ask them to contact me and while Blue Shield did their part still never heard back from apple care people, I’m going to head over to the office directly and just ask for an appointment, because after N... read more
This is not my doctor nor have I ever been anywhere near them or anyone affiliated with them yet their phone number keeps calling me with different folks but the same script about how they "need to verify some insurance information." They don't say my name or any doctor's name, just the name of my insurance company. Sounds like a scam to me, buddy.
