RecommendedI arrived 2 hours ahead of my scheduled time and was seen within minutes of checking in. The tech was very knowledgeable and my issue was resolved quickly. The longest portion was waiting for my iPhone to restore from the iCloud.

I work in the hospital field and need the ability to make emergency calls. Apple Iphone 7 has an issue where safety is compromised. Apple pushed the IOS update 13.1.1 to my phone without my permission. This update rendered my calling capabilities useless. I came upon an elderly patient who fell broke their nose and was losing lots of blood. The grave manufactures defect renders all emergency features inoperable. Yes 911 wasnt an option. Latest iPhone update 13.1.2 My advice guys if you like your phone the way it is don’t update. It is awful and I can’t get rid of these Apple Pay reminder messages - I do not want Apple Pay. The video now is worse quality and everything has changed on buttons for emails, photos etc etc. Can you please leave things alone and stop forcing me to add Apple Pay! I was scammed by a person named Justin Kimberly that claimed to be someone else. He had me mail my laptop and said that he payed for it via PayPal, which turned out to be a fake PayPal email address. He has yet to send me my money and still has possession of my perfectly good laptop. No one send your belongings to a Justin Kimberly. I repeat, DO NOT SEND ANYTHING TO A JUSTIN KIMBERLY.
