Why don’t you operate normal business hours 9-5 on weekdays?
This is the worst bank I’ve ever used, customer service over the phone and the actual app is super confusing and has only caused my problems, i was put on wait for 20 minutes with a representative that had 0 people on the line so they were busy??? Changed my address due to being at school and it never actually sent to my school! Just a letter saying the address was changed, I was already pissed off I edited that long for a letter telling me what I already know but never actually sending it to the address is unacceptable
I was so unhappy with Apple Bank until I found Miriam Aidoo at the New City Branch. I travel alot and personal customer service is important to me. I am so grateful to have Miriam to work with.
