Where can I file a complaint about Apple Nissan? They told me my brakes needed replaced and when I removed them, they had 3-4/32 left...More than enough to pass and their report said it was 1/32. I am quite outraged! Tried to settle in an amiable manner but the COO Kevin and Service Manager Todd are too arrogant and total jackaxxes they don't care about the customer.
