I bought 2 $1 pops from the vending machines and they charged me $10 and never put the money back on my card 0/10 do not recommend this trash company.
Unbelievable rude people, arrogant, and assuming you aren't a customer, will treat you like dirt. All this learned just attempting to wait for a Metrolink outside their store. Now I learned the lady who was rude and clueless that her coworker gave me permission to stand there is the owner!!
Apple does a great job responding to customer feedback. No 1-800 customer service here, they are a local family owned company that takes great pride in how we treat our customers.
