If I could leave a review less than one star I would. We have bought vehicles from Apple before and thought " why not go back". But that was a mistake, the lack of communication after we left with the car was absolutely atrocious. Over the past week I've called multiple times to be told they were working on getting my tags and would call me back out of the 10+ calls not once was I called back. Initially, things were great. In December of 2019, we met with Dan M. He was wonderful He worked with us to get us into a new 2019 Mitsubishi Mirage. Great car, initially, but basic service started to cost more than your typical new car should cost. 4 years in, the bill is now quite high every time I go there. It seems they are always finding something dangerously wrong with the car. We decided to see if we could do a trade-in for something newer. In 2022, Dan M gave me a great deal.
