I can not believe how TERRIBLE the customer service is here. I had insurance with them for 2 years and was in the process of moving out of state and needed to sell my car. I had found a buyer and sold the car but had not transfered the title yet so i continued to keep my insurance until they had been finished. The person who bought it had it at their apartment when it was stolen. Since, I was the one with the registration in my name still as well as the insurance I made the claim.
