Charles was the air-conditioning mechanic who performed the 6 month maintenance on our air conditioning system. He was phenomenal in every aspect. He was professional and he was thorough and his explanations. The level of professionalism he brought in should be used in training all of your advisers.
Company is very professional and always understanding of the needs of their clients. When you call to either ask a question or request service, everybody has been very pleasant and go out of their way to accommodate one’s needs. I have had the fortune of having Charles as my technician and he is outstanding!. He is very detailed, thorough and patient explaining the work performed. I think very highly of Apple Air and Mr. Charles.
