Applause Home Care Team has been great with my mom. The aides have been very caring on keeping my mom company and taking care of her. Jeanne the Scheduling Manager is very friendly and always there when needed. Fran the Nurse is also very friendly too. Thank you Applause for all you do for my mom.
Applause Home Care provided caregivers for my Dad who has Parkinson's and dementia after a week long hospital stay for Covid that significantly set him back in his abilities. Applause sent someone to the house to assess my Dad's needs and then then two days later we had two wonderful people to help my mom take care of him for the weekends. They provided personal care with hygiene and getting changed and dressed, feeding and mobility in addition they were able to prepare meals for him and clean up. I needed home care after surgery in April 2025. I worked out a schedule with my aide which met all of my expectations. In a lot of cases, she anticipated what I needed before it came into my mind. My aide came and left on time each day, took care of my activities of daily living -- always with a smile on her face. I was able to coordinate any special needs with the Applause administrative staff as well. I highly recommend this home care service company. Jeanne Thomas
The entire Applause team is amazing! Jim responded quickly and professionally to our immediate need for a provider. He took the time to answer all of our questions and gave a complete overview of options and expectations. Both Fran and Jeannie, whom oversee the nursing staff and scheduling, returned our calls promptly and were able to accommodate us immediately. Our hourly/care needs shifted as our situation evolved and they quickly adapted to our needs. We would highly recommend using Applause they are fantastic!!
