3 weeks ago, I went to Applaus to get my hair high lighted. The results of the visit was very dark hair without any highlights at all. The job was expensive, very pleasant persons but would not recommend the Salon to anyone. Never had such an experience at a Hair Salon before. My hair was cut too short. The stylist suggested not to use chemical products in my hair. It appeared that after all of the years of experience the hair stylist had behind her she was not able to High Light my hair. Very bad job.
