Anyone can do catering, at least it seems like it. However, this guys are in a different category of service. I've seen the company and its staff evolve through the years and have tasted some of the best meals ever from their chefs' hands. Food is important and quality is the least one expects from a catering company, when I think of Applause Catering, I think of logistics and costumer care done right be it a party of 5 or 5,000 these guys are top notch. #CateringDoneRight!
We worked with Kyle at our food tasting and he went out of his way to make the future bride and groom feel special. I especially like how he personalized the experience with his own story of his wedding. It was a pleasure to not feel pressured, but rather excited about something so significant. The choices were tasty and the plating was beautiful. Thank you Kyle for helping to make our day amazing!
dressings sat warm on the table, at a wedding reception, not chilled, not good! meats were overcooked. and when the wedding cake was cut, it wasn't announced to guests at all
