A native from the Loire Vallee,Chef Francis trained and graduated from the School of Cooking in Paris France. So ask if your caterer cooks from the "Joy of Cooking" book or are they a graduate, come taste the difference.
This weekend on Fri and Sat night 5-8pm, Applause Caterers will open for dinner prior to the show at the Academy Theater.
