I use to be a patient of Dr. Price and I wish I still was but unfortunately he was let go. After that I went to App Family as my provider, first visit the young lady at the front desk was rude. She states that I owe money, I told her this was my first time ever being there and she says you owe money from another office. I told her once I receive the bill from that office I would gladly pay it but that had nothing to do with this visit. She stated well you owe it, very unprofessional. I went in not feeling great at all. I was seen by Mandy Shumate and her medical assistant Jean. I left feeling better then when I came in due to their care. They are very professional and listened to how I was feeling. Highly recommend!
Dr Reed is amazing! AppFamily was able to get me in in a timely manner and the process and care I received was great!
