I was happy with this group until about 4 months ago It was a struggle to get in with my primary care. My appointment was going to be 4 months past when I was due to be seen. I had to make multiple requests to get it fixed Not acceptable to wait 16 months to see primary care provider especially as a cancer patient. Now I find out they are leaving after only a year! Had to change provider before this because they left. What a mess. I really liked the providers , it's the management by UNC that is the problem perhaps?
App Family Med has ran through my patience. If you schedule an appointment its gonna be around an hour and a half later that theyre actually gonna see you. Ive been charged hundreds of dollars extra for routine bloodwork because of their clerical errors twice now. They keep losing my HIPPA forms and making me fill them out again, I have had wildly bigoted things said to me by the members of the front desk multiple times, and had one experience with a wildly incompetent nurse who messed up my injection for bloodwork and tried... read more
Well this place don't even really need a 1 star there should be a ZERO OPTION Seriously what a joke this place has been for years and years now with scheduling and all and Dr's not doing there part but to complain acting like the patient is the problem and so judgemental and discriminating they are towards the poor end of walk of life alls I can say is they suck. too much to go into detail on here but im doing a major complaint enough us enough over the years and I mean really can't get in with your primary till years later ... read more
Was looking for a new primary care up here and Dr. Hydzik was amazing! As a young woman, she truly listened to me and worked to get down to the bottom of my symptoms. It was just my first visit today and I could not be happier with my whole experience and feel relieved to have found a doctor like her in the High Country. All the staff were great!
This practice is such a blessing! They are so accommodating and kind. Dr Kariny was able to identify an issue that no other doctor could in over 10 years. Please go see them. They are wonderful
