On their website it says they appraise and purchase old jewelery. I even used their AI concierge and it also confirmed this. However when I went to the store, I was told they only buy scrap gold, not silver, and they do not purchase old jewely. So if youre looking to sell your jewelery, dont waste your time. Waste of a trip
