Always great customer service and work!
I've had my gold chain fixed by them. But best yet was an old engagement ring I had made into an earring. Looks amazing. And they even helped me put it in which was awesome.
My husband bought me a birthday gift from this location. He went in for a bracelet and ended up leaving with an anklet. The sales associate said that they would shorten it if we wanted it to be a bracelet. Not even 2 weeks later and the anklet’s clasp broke. We went into to get the clasp repaired and inquire about shortening to a bracelet (as advised by the previous associate) and were quoted $180, the bracelet itself was like $200. The customer service was overall very poor and we won’t be back.
I was in to get links removed from my watch. It is brand new and the cost is supposed to be 15. I had partially removed 2 pins which were still there and 2 links and because of that they increased the cost to 25. I had to pay it as they are the only jewelry store in the area. Would never recommend them. They took advantage of me
