Horrible experience! This firm does not take ownership of their work. We worked specifically with Thomas Garland and requested that he help organize our bookkeeping using QuickBooks. He and his team did not do a good job and had misclassified many transactions which caused us to submit an inaccurate tax return. We are now redoing everything with a new firm. When I challenged Appelrouth they blamed me because I signed off on the paperwork, I think its the tax professionals job to provide accurate paperwork to sign off on...... read more
