I've experienced challenges with resolving billing discrepancies at Appell Dental Group. Do a good job of letting you know on what is going on. They keep you in the loop on what they are doing
Made a first time appointment, when got there, was told that I have to do full exam with all X-rays, otherwise they can’t service me. Even though when I called to make an appointment, I told them exactly what problem I had, nobody ever mentioned that It’s mandatory to do full exam,which is extremely pricey. Wasted time. Why not to tell upfront what’s the requirements are?
Quick, Moseley painless, professional and friendly. The dentists do the cleaning. Never had that done before. Highjy recommend them.
Staff is always friendly. Dr Lester is thorough and cares about your dental needs.
