I had the WORST salon experience of my life because of Ellen at Appearance salon! It was my first time at Appearance salon and I wasn’t even acknowledged for the first 10 minutes of me being there. I had bought a Groupon so my color and cut had to be done by Ellen. I went in for a corrective color and cut. I had foils done to blend the color I already had.
