Staff is rude they make you checkin on a tablet or make you use your phone they don’t wipe the tables down so you use dirty bacterial infested devices they don’t wipe down the counter where you sign in This facility overbooks the appointments I have been here 4 times and I always have a 2 to 3 hour wait For the elderly that have trouble walking the staff makes them walk to a chair away from the counter then they ask them to come to the counter to have them check in with an iPad then they harass them on not being able to chec... read more
I've taken my 12 yr old son here once, so far. His pediatrician wanted a mole looked at. Dr looked at mole,removed, and said results would be back in 2 weeks. For 2 weeks we anxiously awaited on results. When i received no call, I called and i was told that I was supposed to have made an appointment while i was there, for my results. Now surely if I had known that, I wouldn't be calling, asking for them. I had to make an appointment to get my son's results, 1hr away. So now we wait even longer. Very bad place, permanent scars all over legs; been 19 months. What am I supposed to do now??? HELP. Never ever go here!!!!
