No exaggeration: you can almost hear the exact words of your neighbors' conversations though the wall. And although it's a non-smoking building, everyone and their brother will smoke, and it WILL seep into your apartment and onto your clothes because there's no insulation between the internal walls or floors. Worst property management company I've ever dealt with. Never completed any work orders. Ignored all correspondence relating to problems with the property I rented. I was never late in my rent!
After a few bad experiences with property management, GNP was a breath of fresh air! Rick and Bud are always willing to help and navigate through issues that may arise. They promptly provided maintenance when needed and fixed problems that were due to other tenants. They advocate for you when the owner may not want to do as much, and are always super nice!
