I've lived in this building for only 12 months but would happily stay longer. The InterRent team has been responsive for any issues when I call them and the maintenance team that manages the building is also great - but I really only had to contact them 1-2 times in total. The building itself is great. The apartments are large, they are decently well maintained, but more importantly the neighbours are quiet, kind and a nice community. No pest issues during my stay.
