Update: Medical equipment has been picked up and I never had to deal with Customer Service again so I will stay with the 3 stars. Update: New tanks received and the delivery person was very nice and helpful. We will see how customer service does on my next order. Will adjust again if all goes well. Received a call from the company and they were very apologetic. They are sending someone tomorrow bringing equipment to address the issues i was having. Nobody can tell you anything, they don’t answer the phone and never call you back.
Placed on hold 7 or 8 times can't get my equipment that I need I definitely recommend some place else
