My initial request for quote was followed by over a month of no contact. My second contact to them revealed they had lost all reference to my project and we started over. 2 weeks later with no response led to my 3rd and final attempt to get a quote. Now with 3 calls on my part and zero response on their part, I'll offer them one star. I would have expected more from dealing with the owner of the company.
If I could, I would give this company a ZERO! We contacted them to look at a Kohler generator that is not working. They were listed under Kohler approved businesses. A technician shows up Monday, August 8 without the proper equipment to do the job. We had talked to them prior to let them know exactly what was going on. He takes a few pictures and that was the extent of this service call. We were billed $228 for this and they never came back to fix the problem.
