Appanasha saved our dogs life! Our 11 year old lab developed heat stroke very quickly so we rushed him to the clinic. They came out with a gurney as he couldn't walk, immediately examined him and administered an IV. With such a high temp, they even offered to drive him to the Animal Referral Center to continue his IV, which is what saved his life. We had an emergency with our dog. After hours of being at the referral center, we didn't have any answers. I called Appanasha this morning as we just wanted her to see our normal vet that we trusted. Dr Olson said to bring her in ASAP and they would find time for her. When we got there, they ran out to our vehicle and ran her in. Within 5 minutes, we had answers. Started here many years ago with Mary Ann. When we got our adopted special needs, senior Malamute, we started seeing Dr Fahner and love her. She uses common sense in her treatment recommendations. We trust her completely with a higher needs dog. The techs are always nice and glad to help. Their responsible actions during the pandemic are completely appropriate and very much appreciated.
Excellent doctors, vet techs, front desk staff,everyone. Even during this interruption in our lives. Our animals need us. And if they need care from a veterinarian they will be available. Our dog had to go in for so we rashes. We waged in the case while our dog was being cared for. The doctors called us and let us know how things were going and made suggestions.
