This company is outside out house right now knocking trees down on cars and refusing to wear masks. The police had to be called because no one answers this companies phone.

My dad had a terrible experience with Appalachian Tree Co. They removed 2 trees from his yard but damaged and destroyed a lot of the surrounding landscaping, walkways and a bench. They did not talk to him ahead of time to discuss the machinery needed or let him know what to expect. There was thousands of dollars of damage to his property. They agreed to only charge him half of the original invoice amount, but that doesn't make up for how they left his yard.

FIRST CLASS operation! Professional and honest with a quality team of experts! Quality fast work at a fair price! The manager Ernesto an honest professional that knows his trees and saved me money! Other companies wanted to remove several other trees that Ernesto said didn't need it, just some limbs removed! Only two large 50 year old trees were cut down! 5 stars+ Very prompt estimator, excellent communication from front office, crew showed on time, worked efficiently, completed the job. Cleaned up better from when they found it, seeded and straw mulched where the lawn was damaged, removed all of the wood debris. Reasonable fair price. Highly recommend them for your tree removal work.
