IF I COULD GIVE A 0 STAR I WOULD, CANT EVEN GET THE PARTS YOU NEED TO FIX YOUR TRAILER UNLESS YOU WAIT 3 WEEKS FOR THE MAIN PLANT IN OHIO TO GET THEM, CANT EVEN SPEAK TO ANYONE AT THIS LOCATION, GIVES MAIN NUMBER IN OHIO. NEEDED A RAM CYLINDER AND WAS TOLD 3 WEEKS, CALLED BAILEY HYDRAULICS WHO MAKES THEM GETTING IT TOMORROW.
Customer service sucks. They gave me a snotty trailer and to get it fixed they want me to come back over 12 hour drive. The woman manager on the phone was extremely rude including hanging up on me
