As a carpenter we were hired to do a job building a subfloor and porch. Long story short we did the work and never got paid. Even went back and did 2 check lists that the homeowner wanted done. Do not work for this company..

I originally was going to have an Amish family build my cabin, but the due to a death in the family, they were not able to build the cabin (May 2020). I contacted the cabin company that I bought the kit through and was referred to to Appalachian Timber Builders. I received a call the same day from Robert and he set me up with Allen to do the build. Buyer Beware of these crooks! Do not front any money before work is performed. Allen and Robert are criminal. They stole our first draw, said was needed to start project. Nothing was ever done but plans submitted to Building Department. Shady shady shady. Stay away from this outfit or they’ll rob you blind too, esp people in Florida where they’re supposedly expanding. I wish I could have given NO stars.
