I wish they were open when they said they were open. Their salespeople (Tina) showed very poor customer service. We have lived here in the mountians for over 20 years and have always done business here. NOT after the way I was talked to and hung up on ... she wouldn't even let me talk to a manager. I will take my business to Biltmore Hearth & Home In Mills River. Bo was very nice and willing to help me ... Thank God there are still Good people in this world that care about customer service.
