Maggie and her team have been nothing, amazing with my children and nephew. My son went from barely speaking, to full blown understandable sentences in 6 months and my daughter has progressed tremendously as well. Maggie and McKenna are amazing with the kids and bring fun to learning. They individually get to know the kids to better cater to each child which has made all the difference. I appreciate them going the extra mile so much!!!

We are so lucky to have Maggie in our community. She is patient, kind, professional, and makes learning (even the hard stuff) fun. She takes the time to build a relationship with the people she serves and meets them where they are. When we first started working together, I had hoped she would be able to help my daughter correct her "S" and "TH" sounds; now she is even helping her with executive functioning skills. I suffered a stroke and dysphagia as a result. After 2 less than encouraging diagnosis from speech therapists I was recommended to Appalachian Speech. Maggie was fantastic to work with and she never gave up even when I thought it was a waste of time. After 3 weeks of intense therapy and Maggie's never say no attitude I swallowed again! I would recommend Appalachian Speech to anyone who needs first rate treatment
