I contacted Jeff for an inspection of a new Class C unit. Jeff had to be flexible due to the 2 storms a week apart. He was communicating with the dealership and as soon as he was able to start the inspection, he found a major problem that had to be addressed prior to him being able to continue the work. He kindly collaborated with the dealership, the issue was handled within 24 hours and the inspection was completed as planned. Now as I sit and listen to the sweet sound of the furnace running smoothly again while my feet feel the warmth of the toasty floor, I couldn't be happier. Great service for a great price!. Already have them lined up with a list of other things that need to be done on our RV. If you're looking for someone to help you with your RV without emptying your bank account look no further. I needed a new water heater ordered and installed. Jeff was very timely and very professional in helping diagnose the problem and installing the new water heater. Other companies gave me a 3 week estimate but he was there with in a couple of days, he even worked with the warranty company I had!
