Brandi was very helpful and knowledgeable over the phone and Mr Mckinney was very helpful assessing my problem when I got to their business and had the supplies I needed in stock.
Exceptional customer service! While traveling to our NC residence, our rear AC went out on RV. Living in a very small, remote town , I thought it would be hard to find someone to service our unit. Based on reviews, I called Appalachian RV - and glad I did. Brittany and Loren were quick to respond and had someone at our place within days. One week later, new AC unit was installed. They diagnosed my AC problem and installed a new unit at a reasonable price with a 2-year warranty. Discounts if you pay in cash. Credit cards charge a fee. Professional and on time. Pleasant demeanor and let me ask questions and explained everything. We will use them again!
