I would highly recommend these folks. We had Scott out to our place two times recently, to work on our travel trailer, and were impressed with his knowledge, affability and punctuality.
I received excellent service from Appalachian RV Repair. They replaced one of the stabilizer jacks and the outside shower utilizing my extended warranty, as well as doing an oil change, tire pressure check and washer fluid. They have a very knowledgeable staff, are extremely friendly and work fast. I highly recommend this BBB A+ business to anyone needing service on their RV!!!
The best of the best. Friendly, reputable, honest, and as easy on the pockets as humanly possible. They replaced the BMPro node on my Jayco Northpoint. Also, an awning and later, an awning motor.
They have helped us multiple times since we bought this RV. They always keep us posted on everything and so nice to talk to with. They treat you like family.
Had a great experience with this company. Hayden was my technician, and he was outstanding—professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s hard to find techs who are both highly skilled and genuinely personable, but Hayden definitely checks both boxes. As a bonus, he’s a handsome guy too! The company is lucky to have someone like him representing them. Highly recommend!
